Ads Cannot Be Closed

Sometimes, you might come across an ad that you can't close or skip right away. This can happen with certain types of ads. If you're stuck, just wait a minute and see if it closes on its own. If it doesn't, check the ad again - sometimes the close (X) button is a little hard to find. If it's still nowhere to be found, restarting the game might help.

We don’t control the ads in the game, but if this happens to you, don’t hesitate to reach out to support. If you can, let us know the name of the advertiser - it could be an issue on their end, and we can get in touch with Facebook to sort it out.

What About Long Ads?

If you run into an ad that’s way longer than usual, a skip button should appear after 1-3 minutes. If it doesn’t, please take a screenshot and send it our way. We’ll look into it and help you out!
