In some cases we reserve the right to ask additional questions in regards to the deletion request or to confirm the ownership of the account.

Please note that once the deletion process has been done, your account and all the information associated with it will be completely and permanently removed from our database and cannot be retrieved under any circumstances.

If at any point you wish to cancel your request, please make sure to let us know within due time, however there are no guarantees that your account has not been permanently deleted.
